Acceptable Use Policy

Listzilla helps Etsy sellers write listings and make listing photos of their own products. This page says what it may be used for. It is part of our Terms of Service.

What it is for

Use Listzilla for products you have the right to sell: things you made, designed or are allowed to resell. Upload photographs you took or have permission to use.

What is not allowed

Do not use Listzilla to:

• make sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive content, or any adult (NSFW) content;
• make images of real people, or impersonate anyone;
• make deepfakes, swap faces or edit faces;
• make violent, hateful or harassing content, or content that promotes harm to anyone;
• make content that copies someone else’s brand, logo, artwork or design;
• sell or promote anything that is illegal.

How we keep to it

The Studio only places your product in a new setting. It never shows a person’s face. Notes you write for a room are checked before they are used, and a note that breaks these rules is left out.

If the rules are broken

We may remove content, stop a request, or close the account.
