Terms of Service

Last updated 26 September 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Listzilla (“we”, “us”), named at the end of this page. By creating an account or connecting an Etsy shop you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What the service does

Listzilla reads a shop you connect, measures its listings against the live Etsy market, and proposes titles, descriptions and tags. It can generate photographs from images you upload — background removed, placed in a scene, measured or rendered at studio quality. Every draft it produces waits for you.

What we will not do

These are limits enforced in the code, and we state them as terms rather than only as marketing:

  • Nothing publishes itself. A generated listing opens as a draft. Changing a listing buyers can already see is a separate action, approved one listing at a time. We never publish or edit a live listing without you taking that step.
  • Etsy, through its official API only. Every read or write to your shop goes through Etsy’s API under the access you granted. Nothing is scraped, and we hold no marketplace-wide dataset.
  • We do not invent facts about your product. A material, a measurement or a claim you did not give us is treated as a defect in the output, checked on every rewrite. In the Studio pipeline, this is architectural: the product itself — its geometry, angle, texture and true colour — is never generated, only the setting around it.
  • We do not promise a result. Nothing here estimates what you will sell. What it reports are counts of real things, and it says which figures are Etsy’s and which are ours.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Listzilla, which is also Etsy’s own minimum for a seller account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done under it. You must be the owner of, or authorized to act for, any Etsy shop you connect. You keep sole responsibility for the content of your listings — what we propose, you approve, and the listing that goes live is yours.

Your content stays yours

Your photographs, your listing text and everything you upload remain yours. So do the images and copy the service produces from them — use them, sell with them, publish them anywhere you like.

To do the work you ask for, you give us permission to store your content and to send it to the services listed in the Privacy Policy — reading a photograph, cutting a product out of it, generating a scene, writing a description. That permission covers running the service for you and nothing else. It is not a licence to publish your work, to show it to other customers, or to train a model on it, and it ends when you delete your account.

The software, the pipeline behind it and the Listzilla name remain ours.

Credits, plans and billing

Some actions consume credits included in your plan; reading a listing or measuring its tags does not. Paid plans are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle handles payment, invoicing and tax, and its own terms govern the transaction itself. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings.

Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan’s features and credits continue to the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the two kinds of credit part company:

  • A plan’s monthly credits belong to that month. A renewal replaces them; without a renewal they end at the same point, when the period you paid for runs out. They do not accumulate from one month to the next.
  • Credits you bought as a pack are yours to keep. No renewal, cancellation or pause takes them, and they do not expire. They were paid for separately and are treated separately.

Each plan includes a number of connected Etsy shops, shown on its card. On a plan sold with unlimited shops, the limit is fair use: past a generous number we ask you to write to us before connecting more, and we raise it for any real business. If you move to a plan with fewer shops than you have connected, the ones you connected first stay connected and the rest are disconnected when the new plan begins; you can connect them again once you have room.

We do not refund a period already paid for unless the law requires it or we have failed to deliver, and we may change prices or plans with notice.

What AI-generated output is, and is not

Titles, descriptions, tags and generated photographs are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, awkward, or occasionally malformed — a scene that does not quite work, a sentence that misreads your product. We check them automatically and reject what we catch, and some will still get through.

So look at anything before you publish it. You are the seller: the listing is yours, the photograph represents your product, and you are the one Etsy holds responsible for both. If an output is unusable, tell us — but we cannot accept responsibility for a listing published without being read.

Etsy

This application uses Etsy’s API under Etsy’s own API Terms of Use. Your relationship with Etsy — your seller account, your shop policies, transactions with buyers — is governed by Etsy’s own terms, not these. We are not Etsy, and connecting your shop does not make us a party to your sales.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Availability, and what we depend on

We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. It runs on other people’s systems — Etsy’s API above all, and the providers named in the Privacy Policy — and when one of those is slow, rate-limited or down, so are the features that depend on it. Etsy can also change or withdraw its API, which is outside our control and could change what this service is able to do.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give notice where a change materially affects what you are paying for.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a generated title, description, tag set or photograph will be accepted by Etsy, will comply with every Etsy policy in every category, or will improve a listing’s performance. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, including whether a photograph accurately represents your product under Etsy’s own listing image requirements.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or lost profits.

If your use of Listzilla causes a claim against us by somebody else — a listing that infringes their rights, content you had no permission to upload, or a breach of Etsy’s policies — that claim is yours to answer, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.

Ending your account

You can end your account at any time from Account, or by writing to us. Your organization’s data is deleted with the account, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access to the service for misuse of Etsy’s API, non-payment, or conduct that puts other customers’ data at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of your own country’s mandatory consumer law or your right to bring a claim there.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where the change is material, tell you directly. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
